During your 15-minute warmup before the Sunday games, your coach will keep you moving with simple plays (mostly hand offs) on our 60 yd. long indoor field. We use pee-wee sized footballs, foam helmets and our coaches are on the field to assist and help teach the plays to our players.
Games are held at the Y's Indoor Sports Arena.
A $15 late fee will be added after registration deadline. Late registrations will be accepted until the first game.

AGES 6-7
We introduce kids to the fun sport of flag football. Our coaches keep kids moving with simple plays (mostly hand offs) on our 60 yd. long indoor field and pee-wee sized footballs and foam helmets are used. We have coaches are on the field to assist and help teach the plays to our players.
Each team will have a 30-minute practice prior to playing their game on Sunday. Games are held at the Y's Indoor Sports Arena.

AGES 8-9
During your one-hour practice each week, your coach will teach you how to pass and run the football. The coaches are on the field to help start the play and then go to the sidelines.
Each team will have a 30-minute practice prior to playing their game on Sunday. Games are held at the Y's Indoor Sports Arena. Some games may be played with our Northeast Family YMCA.
